Almost every business has a busy time and a slower time. You might need more edits and changes done on your site some months than others.

At Ursudio we want to provide you with the best service on a consistent basis - and not make you pay extra for it.

We will bank any unused hours from your maintenance package into the next month - so if you only use 1 hour one month, and then 6 hours the next, you won't be paying extra money for editing time you didn't get.

Banked Hours Example

Let's say your company has purchased our advanced maintenance package which includes 8 hours of maintenance per month.

In January you request maintenance work totaling 6 hours. Then in February you have a special event and need some extra editing done that takes 10 hours.

We will carry your extra 2 hours from January into your February billing period. So even though your contract only includes 8 hours per month, your extra 2 hours of banked editing time will cover the extra time needed.

The result - no extra time billed to you.
