Step 1 - Gather Your Information and Contact Us.
Identify your purpose and goals for the design project. If you have ideas you would like included, be sure to include them. Once you have a clear indication of what you want, then contact us. (If you aren't clear, you can also contact us and we can help you determine your key objectives).

Step 2 - Discuss the Options and Get a Proposal from Us.
We will take the information you have provided us and give you a proposal as to the various options available. We will discuss design options, as well as hosting and maintenance options.

(You can do Steps 1 and 2 by submitting a Proposal Request Online).

Step 3 - Select an Option and Hire Us.
At this time we will require a payment of 50% of the project quote. It usually takes us 2-6 weeks for us to complete depending on the size of your project.

Step 4 - Secure Your Domain Name.
If you haven't already registered a domain name for your company, you should do so now. Registering your domain means that you own the rights to that name and web address.

Step 5 - Photography and Content
We will take any required photography, and we will ask you to provide all of the necessary content to complete your website.

Step 6- View proposed designs and select final design.
We will provide you with a draft graphic design. You critique it with us, identify any changes or improvements, and we continue to finalize that design.

Step 7 - Review the completed site
We will publish the site to a non-publicized address for you to privately view the site. You thoroughly review the entire site and note any changes or improvements to be made. You may want to show the site to colleagues and friends to get a broad opinion.

Step 8 - Final Revisions
We make any final adjustments of graphic layout or text copy based on your review.

Step 9 - Project completion.
The remaining 50%of the price is due at this time. We post the site publicly and the project is done - tell the world and show off your site!
